Our facility contains state-of-the-art equipment ready to handle all of your dimensional inspection needs. All equipment is calibrated regularly per The National Institue of Standards and Technology (NBS) and complies with Mil-Std-45662-A.
We perform first article inspection on castings, forgings, plastic injected parts, tooling, fixtures and machined parts. We also inspect aircraft lofted contours, turbine blades and sheet metal assemblies.
No job is too small. All of our Coordinate Measuring Machines are equipped with full color Non-Contact video cameras. This allows zoom microscope type viewing from 10x to 250x. This optical video equipment can perform three axis inspection of very small rubber and plastic parts as well as small multicavity dies.
Our computer generated reports are easy to read and analyze. We can customize reports to meet your needs and even supply data on disk or CD.
